Students interested in joining FMA are required to join the local NIU Chapter of FMA (and would need to do so each semester). To join, please print the Chapter Application and submit this application and the semester dues of $25 to an FMA Board Member or to the Department of Finance in Barsema Hall 236 or submit the application online via the link to the left.
Students are also encouraged to join FMA International; however, International Membership is not required. For more information, please click on the FMA International Application or contact the VP of Membership. To join FMA International, print the FMA International Application and submit this application (and additional dues) to an FMA Board Member or the Department of Finance, BH 236.

Join FMA National Honor Society (NHS)
To be eligible for the FMA National Honor Society, students must have a minimum 3.50 overall GPA AND must have successfully completed six (6) hours of finance. If a student is eligible, the NIU Department of Finance will pay for a one year NHS membership. To join, please print the FMA International Application from the link above, select the One Year National Honor Society Membership, and submit the application to an FMA Board Member or the Department of Finance, BH 236.
